1. GENERAL TERMS

Petit Babu online store, www.petitbabu.eu (hereinafter referred to as Petit Babu), is managed and maintained by SIA Adtex Group, registration number 40203285847, VAT payer number LV 40203285847, Address: Ventspils iela 43, Riga, LV-1002, Latvia. Petit Babu reserves the right to change the content and terms of use of the website, which will come into force upon publication. Petit Babu is not responsible for any losses incurred by the user while using www.petitbabu.eu. By visiting and placing orders on this website, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms of use listed below.


2. PLACING AN ORDER

To place an order, add the selected items to your shopping cart and make payment. Orders can be placed by both registered and unregistered customers. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation in your email inbox. The order will be processed and prepared for shipment within 3-5 working days. Once the order is ready for shipment, we will send you a link with the tracking number. The purchase of goods on www.petitbabu.eu is subject to the Distance Contract and is regulated by Cabinet Regulation No. 255 "Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts." We invite you to familiarize yourself with these regulations in the Distance Contract section.

3. PAYMENT

For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:

- Advance payment If you choose the advance payment method, we will send you an invoice with payment details in a separate email. Payment must be made within 3 working days of receiving the invoice. Order processing will begin only after payment is received.

- Credit card When placing an order, please provide your credit card details. The payment request will then be made automatically and the card will be debited.

- PayPal When placing an order, you will be connected to the PayPal web site. To pay for the order via PayPal, you must either be a registered PayPal user or use PayPal Express checkout and enter your payment card details. After successful authorization, you will need to confirm our payment request. Your PayPal account or designated payment card will then be debited. After completing the transaction, you will be redirected back to the Petit Babu online store.

4. PRODUCT DELIVERY

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the Delivery section of our online store, which provides information on order processing and delivery conditions, as well as free delivery options. Various service providers are used for delivery, depending on package size, weight, and delivery destination. Delivery time for orders in the Baltic States is 1-3 business days from the moment the shipment is handed over to the carrier. During sales and holiday periods (such as approaching Christmas), delivery may take a little longer than usual. In the event that the package is returned to the SIA Adtex Group office because it was not collected on time (e.g. from a parcel machine or post office) or the recipient refused to accept the shipment, the delivery costs of the order will not be refunded, but only the value of the purchased goods will be reimbursed.


5. PRODUCT RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer has the right to use the withdrawal rights included in the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and return the product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days. If the products are inaccurately assembled, the buyer has the right to exchange the product within 14 (fourteen) days by filling out the return form. In the aforementioned case, the postal expenses are covered by the Seller. In all other cases, the buyer bears the cost of returning the goods. The purchased goods must be returned unused and in their original packaging. The returned order will be processed within 3 business days after receipt, and if the returned product meets the return criteria, the refund for the goods will be made within 14 days. The refund will be made in the same way as the order was paid for.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an email to info@petitbabu.eu stating your order number and the name of the product you wish to return. The products must be returned to the following address:

6. REGISTRATION AND PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Orders can be placed on the www.petitbabu.eu online store by both registered and unregistered users. To become a registered user, it is necessary to fill out a registration form and agree to the terms of use. Clients are prohibited from disclosing their access data to other individuals. By registering and/or placing an order on www.petitbabu.eu, you agree to the processing and storage of personal data. More information on data usage and storage can be found in the Privacy Policy section.


7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All information and content available on this website is the property of SIA Adtex Group and is protected by the laws of the Republic of Latvia regarding intellectual property protection. The brand "Petit Babu" is the property of SIA Adtex Group and is registered in the EU Trademark Register (EUIPO) under number 018510064. Any infringements on intellectual property rights will be pursued through legal means.


8. PRICE POLICY

All prices on the Petit Babu website are listed in Euros and include VAT but do not include delivery costs. You can find out the delivery costs for your order in the Delivery section. The prices listed on the website may be changed without prior notice, and discounts may be applied to the listed prices. The seller may cancel an order if the sales price was listed incorrectly due to technical reasons, and will inform the buyer in writing.


9. FORCE MAJEURE

"SIA Adtex Group" is not responsible for delays in order fulfillment and performance of obligations due to circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, terrorist threats, war, national emergencies, etc.
