Returns & Refunds

To apply for a refund you must:

Notify us within 14 days since receiving the product that you wish to return.

- The product must be returned to the place of dispatch within 30 days of receiving it from the online store.
- Products must be returned in an unused, unwashed condition in their original packaging.
- Once we have received the returned product in its original packaging and without signs of use, we will issue a refund within 14 days.

Currently we are not able to offer exchange of items. Should you be interested in a different product, style or size, please return your item to us and place a new order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

Your refund excluding delivery costs will be processed within 3 working days and your account credited within 14 days. Returns are refunded in the original payment form.

After 30 days we cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects.

We do not accept returns for the following items:

1. Custom or personalized orders
2. Perishable products (like food or flowers)
3. Digital downloads
4. Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
5. Items on sale

*If you are uncertain whether or not your return will be approved, we advise you to email us to info@petitbabu.eu before sending the product back – Declined returns will not be returned to the customer.
