Right of Recission

Right of rescission

We will refund all payments received from you when the order was placed, including delivery costs (which does not apply to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer). You will be only responsible for the costs of returning the order to our office.

The refund will take place within 14 days after receiving your return parcel at our office.

We will return the money back to you by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
We may hold back the payment until we have received the products, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.

After 30 days we cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects.

We do not accept returns for the following items:

1. Made-to-order items or personalized orders
2. Perishable products (like food or flowers)
3. Digital downloads
4. Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
5. Items on sale

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal send us an e-mail to info@petitbabu.eu stating your order number, name and surname and items that you wish to return.

NB! If you are returning from countries located outside EU we will only accept returns sent with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Returns sent without custom fees paid will have these deducted from the refund. In case if fees are grater than the amount of the refund there will be no refund issued.
